Why can't I find any great pajamas for myself! I am plus sized and tall. Most jammies turn into cropped bottoms on me. UGH! I just want pajamas that fit my circumference AND my length! HELP ME!

So I am sitting in my Small group, cell group, fusion group, WHATEVER we're calling these days, and Someone asks "How do we know if God is calling us to something?" Who can know but God himself in the end. Does God even speak anymore? I thought that's why he left the bible? So, he didn't have to speak anymore. We don't even answer our phones or return calls! How will we know what God sounds like. I know I have heard of people seeing Jesus and hearing directly from the big GUY, but I also wonder if they are experiencing LSD flashbacks or it the have some sort of neurological disorder.
I can't believe that God has called everyone who says He has. Is it even really my business? Isn't that between God and that person? Apparently, when and if GOD calls you to do something, there will be a peace about it or an utter unrest until you have done it.
I have wanted to do something in my life, so bad, before and I REALLY thought it was something God wanted me to do, but in the end, I just wanted to please myself.

who knew that a bunch of Nerds like Oracle knew how to ROCK! We were at a conference and the Counting Crows played an amazing set! WOOHOOOOO!!!!!

My wonderful husband rented a 2005 convertible Mustang and we drove through wine country. It was a day I won't soon forget. This was the brunch we had as a kick off.

I just want to thank the guys and gals away in foreign wars and peace keeping missions. THANK YOU! As a civilian I can never know what you guys must be going through... I truly believe that God creates a SOLDIER at conception. Though one may not agree with the government, I think we can all appreciate the daily turmoil you must go through everyday! So, I thank you! My family thanks you! Your country thanks you!

I am sure Everyone has been touched by what has happened in the Gulf South. I have especially been affected by the tragedy in New Orleans and Boloxi. Being an South Louisiana girl I feel a tremendous connection with the people there. My Uncle lived in Boloxi before it became the new Atlantis. What a sad time in our country! Why is it that tragedy brings out either the best or worst in people?
New York came together and held their victims up. The Gang Scum of New Orleans say an opportunity to sink to a new LOW. Burning buildings, raping passers by, and shooting at the very helicopters who were sent there to help them!
Say what you want about the desperation they must have felt, but RAPE?! One can't be thirsty and hungary enough to steal a woman's soul that way! It is ridiculous!
Then on the other side you see guys going to the grocery store that has been flooded and getting CARTS full of food and instead of keeping it for himself, he passes it out to everyone he sees!! What a lesson! Still giving when he has NO idea where his next meal is coming from.
Mayor Nagin and governor Blanco can go fly a kite as far as I am concerned. How is losing you composure on National TV helping anyone. We need to see that they have everything under control. THANK GOD for that Honore' guy! He was amazing. He knows how to let folks know things are desperate, but it WILL get under control. AWESOME!

OK, I am a plus size woman. Does this mean I can't be stylish? Does this mean I can't get pregnant? To me it definetly says I can not be plus size, get pregnant and expect to be stylish! Props to Motherhood Maternity and JC Penney for trying. However, am I religated to wearing tents with sequined sail boats on them? UGH! I KNOW if we took a poll of all pregnant women a small percentage would be a size 4! H-E-L-L-O Pea in the Pod and Mimi Maternity! Even Motherhood seems to save all the cute stuff for short skinny women. Don't get me wrong I believe women are great no matter the size, but is it fair to punish me because I am not small?! Do you feel me?
